Custom designed offices allow our clients the ability to design their own interior or chose from our selection of pre-designed premises. The interiors can be arranged with individual offices, open workspaces, meeting rooms, waiting for areas as well as individual ablution facilities and a kitchenette if required. Petronor also offers a design service to help clients with the process, and the finished premise can be rented shell-and-core, or fully fitted and furnished.

The Light Industrial Unit (LIU) is a 100Sqm (10m x 10m) section of a larger prefabricated steel building. Each LIU building holds 4 individual LIUs. The individual units have a 4m x 4m electric roll door, a separate personnel door, 5m free height and offices in the rear of each unit.

These pre-engineered steel buildings (PEB) are available and can be designed to meet client specifications for workshop/warehouse configurations. Buildings range from 300 sqm to over 1000sqm and use insulated sandwich panels for optimal climate-controlled conditions. These industrial buildings are also built to meet European standards in a rugged design to provide a long-life span in harsh desert conditions.

Storage and lay-down yards are rented with an associated warehouse or office building. Yards are provided in a compacted level state ready for use and may be fenced and gated, fitted with lighting and/or may also be paved or concreted. Ample yard space and storage areas allow clients the option to expand, if necessary, to meet their future growth requirements. Security is maintained on a 24-hour basis to ensure safety and security.
